Recorded in Kona Hawai`i, this instrumental was written by Steven Cline. It features Steve's 'high strung' or 'Nashville tuned' guitar, Andy Rising on cello, and Tiger Paw on the congas.

"Tiger Rising" is Steve Cline (Guitar, Laud, etc), Tiger Paw (Jessica Marcus) (Percussion) and Andy Rising (Cello, Harp, Vocals).
Their eclectic style has been called "chamber folk". This song is the first track from their soon-to-be-released album "The Shore Calls the Sea". This album is a luscious sonic banquet.
This recording includes original compositions by each of the members
of Tiger Rising. These unique arrangements draw upon influences from
the Medieval, Renaissance, and Celtic traditions and effortlessly
blend hints of rock, African, Latin, Middle Eastern, and acoustic
jazz; it's very much World Music! These songs are easy to enjoy but
difficult to categorize. "Chamber Folk," or "Folk Baroque" may come
to mind; appellations that seem to suit a group with such an eclectic
array of instruments and so enigmatic a name as Tiger Rising.
